The table shows the most important Corona indicators for the Netherlands.
Figures for the number of IC patients and hospital admissions are available from the LCPS as well as the NICE foundation. The data may differ between these parties. This can be partly explained by a difference in definitions, as stated by the NICE foundation: "At NICE we are interested in the complete course of disease of patients who have been admitted to IC with COVID-19. As a certain patient over time is no longer contagious, but still needs IC care in connection with the aftermath of a COVID infection, this patient will remain in our overviews For the LCPS it is important to know how many special COVID beds are needed. The LCPS uses aggregated IC level information that ROAZ regions deliver on a daily basis The LCPS overviews exclude patients who are no longer contagious after a period of COVID infection and have been transferred to a regular IC bed. Patients with suspicious status of COVID-19 are also not included in the overviews presented by LCPS. ".
The figures from RIVM on the number of positive tests per week sometimes differ slightly from the figures of RIVM on the number of confirmed infections per day added up for the same week. This is possibly due to different measuring moments. The data is as recent as possible and is updated daily with new figures.
The table shows the most recent data, there are also pages per region (country, province, municipality) with the daily historic data at AllCharts.info. And the historic data is also available as free Excel download.
* = Difference between yesterday's total as known today and today's total. A downward correction may cause a 'negative increase'.
